Berbagi OASA Eliminations wrap up Terbaru dan Terlengkap 2017

The Ontario Amateur Softball Association held elimination tournaments over the past few weeks to see which teams qualify for Softball Canada national tournaments at various age levels:

Junior Men U21
The New Hamburg Cubs went through the ten team Junior Elims in Owen Sound this past week undefeated to take the title. The Napanee Shoeless Joe's Express, the host for nationals, finished second. Also of note, the Napanee #2 Express team finished fourth and qualified for the Canadians, due to no small part because of the pitching of Luke Severson who plays for Kars Aces of the GOFL and the hitting of the McNish twins (Ty and Shane) who play for I4C Victory in the GOFL.

Midget Boys U18
New Hamburg also won the midget eliminations which had fourteen teams in Tavistock in a tournament plagued by rain, but did get finished about about 12:30 am on Monday morning (June 29). Also qualifying for the nationals in New Brunswick are Campbellford and Hickson.

Bantam Boys U16
Chepstow hosted the seventeen team elimination event this past weekend and won the title to qualify for the nationals in Saskatchewan. Glencoe Home Run Sports finished second and Napanee finished third. Of note, an eastern Ontario team, the Lyn Lightning finished fourth and received a berth to the Eastern Canadian championship (see previous article).

Peewee Boys U14
The Peewee boys eliminations got rained out on June 28, and will resume this weekend in Innerkip.
